This week marks the second week of my weight loss journey, renewed. I have been struggling with my weight since my teenage years. As soon as I hit puberty, everything seemed to go off balance & I would gain weight way easier than I could loose it. I have had a few good years, tossed in there, where I manage to get down to a weight where I was loving my body and curves. I'm working on getting there, once again. Soooooo....
I have been eating so/so and tracking my calories on MyFitnessPal. Tonight's dinner was chili and Jiffy cornbread. I slightly altered this recipe, from AllRecipes.com. Delish!
